DataTech was founded by Dr. Josephine M. Namayanja whose passion for data and analytics is the heart and engine of the organization. Her motivation is partially rooted in her service as a researcher and educator of Data Science in higher education, and a consultant for data-driven solutions in the private sector, non-profit organizations, and the U.S. federal government.​
